The Kenya Industrial Property Institute (KIPI) is a parastatal under the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Cooperatives. Its key mandates are to administer industrial property rights and promotes inventiveness and provide technological information to the public. In line with this, they publish the Industrial Property Journal monthly indicating all innovations and brand name applications.
